- 6 Fresh ripe red Tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon Oil
- 1 Medium Onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- Garlic chopped
- 1 small Carrot
- 1 Bay leaf
- Salt to taste as needed
- Black peppers
- Black peppercorn
- Enough Water
- Celery, chopped-2 inch stalk
- Bread slices
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cornflour
- Cream half cup
Step to step easy procedure:
- First and most heat the pan, pour one spoon oil along with it add one spoon butter to this add sliced medium onions.
- Add Celery chopped, single Bay leaf and one small carrot to it then add chopped garlic and the main ingredient ripe tomatoes that are cut into four pieces almost 12 to 13pieces.
- To taste add salt as needed and black pepper and one spoon sugar lastly pours water afterwards put a lid on pan cook it for 10 to12 minutes.
- Take out water from vegetable also make the mixture to it add little quantity of fresh water into a blender to mix until it becomes a slightly liquid paste
- Pour into the pan adds peppercorn, sugar and water to it cook it for 15 minutes mix continuously. Next filter it by removing pulp of tomatoes and take soup water.
- For seasoning, take tomatoes soup water that is previously prepared add half cup cream and corn flour one teaspoon by mix in water mix it well.
Serve tomato soup recipe along with crusty bread slices in hot and warm temperature.
